Caitlyn received her Master of Science in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University and began her advanced practice career in family medicine and urgent care. After experiencing aesthetic medicine firsthand as a patient, her passion for the field took off. She went on to establish herself at the top-rated medical spa in Raleigh, North Carolina, where she worked alongside a leading plastic surgeon to develop her skills as an injector before bringing that expertise to Northwest Arkansas.

Caitlyn’s husband attended the University of Arkansas. He shared his love for Northwest Arkansas with Caitlyn, a Virginia native, who quickly fell in love with the Fayetteville area as well. They finally relocated with their daughter in 2025, and Caitlyn joined the team at Natural State Aesthetics. Caitlyn and her husband also share a love for rottweilers.
