Lip Filler

"Refine and Contour"

Our lip filler treatments use the RHA collection— a next-generation hyaluronic acid filler designed to move naturally with your face. The result is lips that look and feel like yours, just enhanced. We offer three sizes from a subtle refresh to a full plump, and every appointment includes a dental block so discomfort is minimal. Results last up to 18 months.

What To Expect

Your appointment begins with a consultation to discuss your goals. A dental block is administered so you are comfortable throughout the treatment. Filler is carefully placed to shape and add volume. The full appointment typically takes 45-60 minutes. Some swelling is normal for 24-48 hours — final results are visible around day 14.

    Results

RHA lip filler usually lasts up to 18 months — significantly longer than standard hyaluronic acid fillers. Results vary based on metabolism and the amount of filler used.

    Downtime

Mild to moderate swelling for 24-48 hours. Bruising is possible but not common. Most patients are comfortable in public within 1-3 days.

    Ideal Candidate

Anyone wanting a natural enhancement to lip volume, shape, or definition. Also ideal for patients who have had filler elsewhere and want a fresh start — our Lip Rehab service dissolves existing filler and replaces it with RHA in two sessions.

    Frequency

RHA filler can last for up to 18 months.

    FAQ

What makes RHA filler different from regular filler?

RHA (Resilient Hyaluronic Acid) is engineered to flex and move with your face, unlike traditional fillers that can feel stiff. This makes it especially well-suited for the lips, which move constantly. It also lasts longer — up to 18 months versus 6-12 months for standard fillers.

    Will it look natural?

Natural results are the standard at NSA. We focus on balance and proportion — enhancing what you already have rather than creating an artificial look. We can show you before and after photos at your consultation.

    Does lip filler hurt?

We include a dental block with every lip filler appointment, which numbs the area thoroughly. Most patients are pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the experience is.

What if I have old filler I want dissolved?

Our Lip Rehab service is designed exactly for this. It includes two vials of dissolver and a full syringe of RHA filler over two appointments. We dissolve first, let the lips settle, then refill for a clean, natural result.

    How swollen will I be?

Swelling is normal and expected, especially in the first 24-48 hours. Your lips will look larger than the final result during this time. Most patients are comfortable in social situations within 2-3 days, with final results visible at 2 weeks.
