Microneedling uses fine needles to create controlled micro-channels in the skin, triggering your body's natural healing response and stimulating collagen and elastin production. The result is smoother texture, reduced pore size, faded fine lines, and a lasting glow. We offer standard microneedling and our PRF upgrade — Plump & Glow with PRF — which supercharges results using growth factors derived from your own blood.

Series of 3 recommended for best results, spaced 3-6 weeks apart.
· Fine lines and early wrinkles
· Uneven skin texture and enlarged pores
· Acne scars and surgical scars
· Dul lor tired-looking skin
· Mild skin laxity
· Uneven skin tone
Treatment begins with a customized facial to cleanse and prep the skin. A topical numbing cream is applied before the microneedling device is passed over the face. The sensation is similar to light sandpaper — tolerable for most patients. For the PRF upgrade, a small blood draw is taken before treatment and the PRF is applied to the skin during needling and used as a healing mask afterward. Total appointment time is 60-90 minutes. Skin will appear red and feel warm, similar to a mild sunburn, for 24-48 hours after treatment.
Collagen remodeling continues for up to 3-6 months after treatment. Results are cumulative — patients typically see the most significant improvement after completing a series of 3. PRF results tend to last longer due to the additional growth factor stimulation.
Patients notice some mild redness for 24 hours after their facial. Light peeling is expected for a few days after treatment.
Anyone looking to improve skin texture, reduce the appearance of pores or scars, or maintain collagen as they age. Microneedling is safe for most skin types and tones. Not recommended for patients with active acne breakouts or certain skin conditions — your provider will assess candidacy at your consultation.
We recommend doing a series of 3 treatments 4-6 weeks apart. After this series we recommend a quarterly maintenance treatment.

What is PRF and why is it better than PRP?
PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is the next generation of platelet therapy. Like PRP, it uses growth factors derived from your own blood — but PRF is processed without anticoagulants, which means it releases growth factors more slowly over time for longer-lasting results. It also contains stem cells not found in PRP.
How many sessions do I need?
A series of 3 treatments spaced 3-6 weeks apart is recommended for most patients. Maintenance treatments every 6-12 months help sustain results.
Does it hurt?
We apply topical numbing cream before treatment, so discomfort is minimal. Most patients describe the sensation as a light scratching or warmth.
When will I see results?
Initial glow and texture improvement is often visible within a week. More significant improvements in collagen and firmness develop over 4-8 weeks as the skin remodels. Full results from a series are typically visible 3 months after the final treatment.
